The breakfast was really nice. It had freshly cooked items. service was great too, and the staff were friendly. i appreciated the attention to detail i noticed . i found the staff to be friendly as well.
My room was hot and uncomfortable. it was not that warm outside. The room had been closed up. the windows did not open enough for fresh air, so the fan blew hot air. i woke up several times wet with sweat.

the check in was easy, i did appreciate that. the room was super comfy. i also really liked the live music every night in the bar, it was good fun.
i found the pillows super hard and the bed was very high. i had a little trouble getting comfortable.

the reception team were pretty good too. they offered thoughtful recommendations for local attractions, and it really added to the whole trip. both check-in and check-out were seamless.

rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel provided a fan, and that was a great help as it was quite warm. the shower was great and it really kept us going.

The gap under my room door was a real problem. Hall lights shone in all night. Noise echoed as other guests returned late. The pillows are also super hard and difficult to get comfortable with. I had hoped for better sleep considering what I paid per night.

The room was too warm. The window didn't open enough to let fresh air in. the fan just blew hot air around, and i woke up several times feeling sweaty. walls seemed thin, and i could hear noise from other guests late into the night, it was quite disturbing!

The room featured an Executive 4 Poster Beautiful design. It included a comfortable bed and good toiletries. I found the room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent, I especially appreciated the hot food cooked to order. The choice was great. We were impressed by the quality and choice during several evening meals.
The room did not include a bath, the pictures advertised one. The sauna was under repair in the leisure center.
